Simethicone is an antiflatulent agent with a mechanical mode of action. It reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract, promoting their breakdown, coalescence, and natural elimination from the body. It helps relieve bloating, abdominal distension, and discomfort associated with excessive gas. Simethicone is not absorbed into the bloodstream, acts locally within the intestinal lumen, and does not affect digestion or intestinal microflora.

Fennel Essential Oil has mild antispasmodic and carminative properties. It helps reduce intestinal spasms and alleviates discomfort and pain associated with infant colic and increased gas formation in children and adults. It supports normal gastrointestinal function.

Reslip provides a dual action: mechanical destruction of gas bubbles through simethicone and reduction of intestinal spasms due to fennel oil, effectively helping to relieve bloating, flatulence, and colic.
